RANDOM EXPLORATIONS

Software: Cinema 4D, Vray, Octane, Substance Painter, After Effects, Nuke
These are a collection of motion experiments created in the past few years during my downtime at work. The goal was to create something that could be displayed at a gallery or art installation (maybe a fancy animated wallpaper?). A few of these are actually playing on a loop at the Royale Los Angeles office, make sure to catch them next time you’re there!
These experiments were also a great opportunity to learn new tools like X-Particles, Substance Painter, Octane and to further develop lighting and compositing skills in Cinema 4D and Nuke respectively. There’s a lot of flying and bouncy balls, so watch out!
